What kind of photo works best?
For the best results, upload a clear, well-lit, front-facing headshot of your pet. Your pet’s face should be fully visible, in focus, and not cut off. Photos taken in natural light work best.
We recommend images where the background is simple or already removed so your pet stands out clearly. Avoid dark photos, blurry images, side profiles, group photos, or pictures where parts of your pet’s face are covered.

Can I see my design before it’s made?

How long does it take to receive my order?
