My sweet girl, Precious, came into our family as a rescue and left a lasting imprint on our hearts. It’s been almost a decade, and there are still days it feels like we lost her yesterday.

Loving her changed me. Loving her changed me. Losing her showed me how grief never really leaves, you just learn how to carry it.
